Super League relegation run-in – who plays who

Super League returns this weekend and the relegation scrap looks like going to the wire.

Looking through the fixtures, listed below, it very much looks like it’s in London’s hands.

Their last three games of the season see them entertain three of their relegation rivals – Leeds, Hull KR and Wakefield.

They have a home game with Salford this weekend before away games at Castleford and Catalans, in a period where the clubs around them will be looking to put some breathing space in the fight to avoid the drop.

Wakefield have fell worryingly deep in to the battle and they have a tough run in, including trips to the top two St Helens and Warrington, home games with Hull and Wigan and must win games against Hull KR and London.

Leeds have four home games out of six remaining, which may prove crucial for them, even if two are against Saints and Warrington, with the one against Saints coming the week before the Challenge Cup final.

Huddersfield’s key game in their run-in is this weekend against Leeds, which is the last time they face a rival for the drop. They have trips to St Helens, Salford and Hull to follow, as well as home games with Castleford and Catalans, which should be enough to see them over the line.

Hull KR’s home games look crucial for them, though it very much looks like the last three games for London will be pivotal for everyone concerned.
