Huddersfield reveal 2019 Magic Weekend shirt
Huddersfield will don a limited edition Magic Weekend shirt when they play at Anfield.
The Giants will take on Hull FC at the 2019 Magic Weekend on Saturday, May 25 (4:30pm).
When Professor John Le Blanc founded the Apollo Gymnasium in 1864, he sought advice from others who had founded similar clubs and societies across the country, and found Liverpool Athletic Club, led by local philanthropist Charles Melley and gymnastics expert John Hulley, who was willing to help.
In the coming years, the Apollo Gymnasium would become Huddersfield Cricket and Athletics Club and later the Huddersfield Rugby League Club known to all now as the Huddersfield Giants.
To celebrate, 155 years later, the Giants are launching their 2019 Magic Weekend in Liverpool’s famous red colours.
