Team news: Warrington v London (Fri)

Drew Darbyshire

Matt Davis could make his Warrington debut on Friday against London, the club who he played for last week.

Steve Price has made two changes to his Warrington squad that battered Hull FC last week. Sitaleki Akauola and Davis come in for Jake Mamo (ankle) and Jack Hughes (rested).

Davis could make his debut for the Wolves after joining from London in the off-season. He has recently spent a month on loan back at the Broncos, and played in their defeat to Huddersfield Giants last Sunday!

Ryan Atkins and Danny Walker could feature for Warrington after not making the final matchday 17-man squad against Hull.

London coach Danny Ward has made five changes to his Broncos outfit that lost to Huddersfield last time out. James Cunningham, Jacob Ogden, Matt Davies, Mark Ioane and James Meadows replace Jordan Abdull, Elliot Kear (concussion), Matty Fozard, Luke Yates (concussion) and Davis.

Ryan Morgan and Will Lovell could return for the Broncos after missing out on selection against the Giants.

The Super League match takes place at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.

Drew’s dabble: Warrington are 11/4 to win the game by 21-30 points.

Warrington’s 19-man squad: Sitaleki Akauola, Ryan Atkins, Blake Austin, Josh Charnley, Daryl Clark, Jason Clark, Mike Cooper, Ben Currie, Matt Davis, Chris Hill, Toby King, Tom Lineham, Harvey Livett, Ben Murdoch-Masila, Declan Patton, Joe Philbin, Stefan Ratchford, Lama Tasi, Danny Walker.
