York bring in Hull FC youngster on loan
York have strengthened their back line options by signing 19-year-old outside back Cameron Scott on loan from Hull FC.
The former Bradford Bulls youngster made his Super League debut last season against Hull KR and has previously captained England Academy to a test series triumph over Australia Schoolboys.
The centre started his rugby league journey with Bradford community club Wyke ARLFC and was a graduate of the City of Hull Academy.
The deal is initially for one month, and Scott will be eligible for Knights selection this weekend against Swinton at Heywood Road.
Commenting on the signing, Knights Head Coach James Ford said: “It will be great to supplement our options in the three quarters with a player of Cam’s potential.
“I’ve worked with him before in the England Academy set up and I’m confident that his mentality and approach will be a good fit for us.”
