Micky McIlorum suspension appeal dismissed
Catalans hooker Micky McIlorum has had his appeal of his two-match ban dismissed.
The Ireland international was given a two-match suspension for a reckless tackle in their 30-10 win over Warrington in Perpignan last weekend.
However, McIlorum’s appeal was dismissed and the original sanction of a two-game suspension and a £500 fine still stands.
He will miss the Dragons’ upcoming games against Leeds and London.
Meanwhile, Catalans forward Kenny Edwards has been cleared of inciting the crowd in the Catalans-Warrington game.
Dragons prop Mika Simon and centre Brayden Wiliame will be available for selection against Leeds on Friday night after successfully appealing their bans.
Full-back Sam Tomkins has been banned for three games for punching Jake Mamo.
