Jackson Hastings and Zak Hardaker headline Great Britain squad for autumn tour
Jackson Hastings and Zak Hardaker have been included in the Great Britain squad for the Lions tour of the southern hemisphere this autumn.
Hastings was born and raised in Australia but qualifies to play for England and Great Britain through his English grandmother.
Two other Australian-born players have been included – St Helens full-back Lachlan Coote and Warrington half-back Blake Austin, who qualify via family heritage.
Wigan full-back Hardaker has also been selected in the Lions side after being absent in previous Great Britain squads.
James Roby, Mark Percival, Morgan Knowles and Tommy Makinson have withdrawn from contention because of injury.
The Lions will face New Zealand twice, Tonga and Papua New Guinea this autumn.
