All Onside with the full Oddballs group: HIIT workout

To mark the end of our week of fitness fixtures raising awareness of testicular cancer, the full All Onside squad take part in this fun session.

Join in as Keith Senior, Paige Costello, Mick Cassidy, Micky Higham, Robbie Hunter-Paul and Wayne Godwin show you how to get back to enjoying exercise during the coronavirus lockdown.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.

Why not have a go?!All Onside fixtures last around 30 minutes and are shown on our Facebook page at 7.30 every evening, Monday to Saturday.
