Londoner Tony Clubb has signed a four-year contract extension with Harlequins, to keep him at the Stoop until the end of 2014.

Clubb, 23, is one of the most successful graduates of the Quins academy system having established himself as a Super League regular and has also earned international honours with England.

The big centre, who made his debut against Bradford in 2006, said: “Harlequins are my hometown club and I didn’t think about looking anywhere else. This is where I wanted to stay and so when the club offered me another four years I was very happy to sign up.

“Over the next four years I’m looking forward to playing regularly at the highest level and helping take this club to where it should be; winning titles and cups.”

Clubb made his England debut in the 74-0 win over Wales in 2008 and was also selected in last year’s mid-season international against France.
