Melbourne sign Ricky Leutele from Toronto for rest of 2020
Melbourne have signed centre Ricky Leutele from Toronto for the remainder of the 2020 NRL season.
The 30-year-old will return to Australia from the UK where he has been playing for the Wolfpack, who have recently withdrawn from the remainder of the 2020 Super League competition.
Leutele and his family will have to serve a two-week mandatory quarantine period before linking up with his new team-mates in the Storm camp.
The centre made 129 NRL appearances for Cronulla Sharks before joining Toronto and scored 18 tries in 27 matches for the Wolfpack. He has earned six caps for Samoa on the international stage.
Wishing the very best of luck to Ricky Leutele, who will play for @storm for the remainder of 2020 NRL season.👊 https://t.co/CRIFyar7hg
