Exiles favourites for Origin Match
The Exiles have been installed as early odds-on favourites to win the International Origin Match against England at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Friday June 10 by the RFL’s official betting partner, William Hill.
Brian McClennan’s Exiles are priced at 4/7 to clinch victory within the regulation 80 minutes, but with England priced at 13/10, William Hill see little to separate the two sides.
Warrington Wolves‘ new recruit, and one of the Engage Super League‘s leading try-scorers in 2011, Joel Monaghan has been named as favourite to score the first try of the game at 9/1.
Leeds Rhinos prolific winger Ryan Hall and Wigan’s Pat Richards, the reigning Engage Super League Man of Steel, are priced at 10/1 to score the opening try.
The International Origin Match is an exciting new concept with England taking on the Exiles, a team drawn from the best Australian and New Zealand players currently playing in Engage Super League.

The remaining nine selections will be made by the Exiles coach, Brian McClennan, and his assistant Terry Matterson.
