Champ & L1: Mossop commits to Barrow, Smith’s new deal & West Wales sign Army winger

Championship
Dewsbury have exercised the option of a second year in Connor Scott‘s contract. The prop impressed at the Rams at the start of the 2020 season and will remain at the Tetley’s Stadium next year.
The Rams have also confirmed that hooker or half-back Dom Speakman is taking time out from the game due to work commitments.
Back-rower or centre Ed Smith has signed a new one-year deal at Oldham. The former York captain played 130 games for the Knights and linked up with Oldham in 2019.
League 1
Barrow’s Nathan Mossop has penned a new one-year contract with the club. Mossop is currently Barrow’s longest serving player and the Raiders say he attracted interest from elsewhere but wanted to stay at the club.
West Wales Raiders have announced the signing of Army winger Jefeti Vakalalabure for the 2021 League 1 season.
