Broncos kick start London promotion
London Broncos have kick-started their promotion of rugby league with a marketing video of their players travelling through the capital.
Members of Rob Powell’s squad can be seen catching a red bus, cycling on Boris bikes past Big Ben, running past the London Eye and jumping on the tube, all in the name of getting to Twickenham Stoop.
The Broncos, formerly Harlequins, have rebranded back to their former guise for the 2012 season, but continue to play at the home of Harlequins rugby union, while they hunt for a new permanent home.
The club has already announced two “on-the-road” games for 2012, which will take place at Brisbane Road, the home of Leyton Orient, and Gillingham FC’s Priestfield Stadium.
