The Morning After: Wakefield togetherness, Castleford relief & Miller masterclass
The Morning After looks at three talking points from the latest Super League action.
Wakefield togetherness
Wakefield showed plenty of togetherness and spirit as they edged past Huddersfield 18-14 at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

Trinity coach Chris Chester had to answer reports of a dressing room revolt a couple of days prior to the game – but the way Wakefield played showed anything but that. They played with their hearts on their sleeves and showed tremendous team spirit.
Chester will be happy with the response from his players and hopefully Trinity can kick on from this victory. They played great rugby and used their edges very well.
Castleford relief
Castleford can breathe a sigh of relief after they claimed their second win in 10 games since the resumption of the season in August. A Greg Eden hat-trick helped the Tigers beat Hull KR 38-24 in St Helens.

The kick-off was delayed by an hour after Castleford were caught up in congestion on the M62 motorway but they certainly made up for lost time as they scored four tries in the first half an hour.
It was a strong performance from half-back Danny Richardson, who guided the Tigers around the park brilliantly. Castleford have had to do it tough with injuries in 2020, so they’ll be hoping for some more wins to send them into 2021 on the front foot.
Miller masterclass
Wakefield captain Jacob Miller produced a man of the match display to help his side claim their first win since March on Thursday night.

The Australian was sensational in attack and defence, and was constantly organising plays and talking to his team-mates.
Miller is a top half-back and is a pleasure to watch when he’s in that kind of form. He has got some silky skills in his locker and has a lovely short kicking game which causes problems for the opposition.
