Crusaders loan Andy Gorski from Swinton

North Wales Crusaders have signed Andy Gorski on loan from Swinton. 

He will be available for coach Clive Griffiths immediately, and is expected to feature in the Crusaders’ Championship 1 match against Doncaster.

Gorski has a wealth of experience having also featured for Salford, Halifax, Whitehaven, Rochdale Hornets and Leigh Centurions. He is also a former Great Britain junior and BARLA international.

Gorski said: “I’m really looking forward to making my Crusaders debut. I’m looking forward to getting back on the field now as I’ve not played for a few weeks.

“I was injured during pre-season so I missed nearly all of that. Swinton then brought in dual registered players in the pack and there were limited options for me to play then, so I was looking to play somewhere else.

“That’s when North Wales Crusaders came on for me. The coaches here are good and I know John Fieldhouse from a long time ago when he coached me at Salford Academy. I also know a few of the players.”
