SL preview: Warrington v Wakefield (Sat)

Wakefield head coach Richard Agar has made three changes to his 19-man squad for the trip to Warrington.

Matty Wildie, Liam Kay and Bobbie Gouding come in, with Justin Poore, Dean Collis and Danny Cowling missing out.

Goulding, who has spent much of the season on loan at Dewbsury, could make his competitive Wildcats debut in the clash, while Kay could feature for the first time in Super League this year.

Wolves head coach Tony Smith is without Richie Myler and Adrian Morley because of injury, and he is expecting a tough test from their Yorkshire opponents.

He said, “Wakefield are a terrific attacking team. They can test the best defences in the competition and they’ve shown that throughout the year.

“They’re very much a hard working team and are pushing hard for the finals so we’ll have to be on our best game and concentrate for the whole 80 minutes.”

Prediction: Wakefield have to win so expect an open game – something the Warrington attack will enjoy. Home win.
