Bulls three-quarter Henry enjoying transition

Bradford’s new Kiwi centre Adam Henry feels he is adapting well to life in England.

Henry, 22, joined the Bulls in the off-season from NRL premiers Sydney Roosters, and in his two Super League appearances so far he has impressed despite the change in style.

“The main difference between the NRL and Super League is the speed of the game,” said Henry.

“The ball comes fast out of the ruck and the intensity is harder.

“There is a lot more space for the backs on the outside, which will hopefully benefit me.”

Henry is yet to score in a competitive fixture for Bradford, although he did grab a debut try against Hull FC in a pre-season friendly.

“The games so far have helped me adapt and they have also been important in terms of helping me settle and in terms of exactly how the team likes to operate.

“With all of that in the tank, I am itching for more. I want to experience Super League at full throttle and I feel it is coming.”
