Four Super League players given one-match bans by match review panel
Four Super League players have been suspended for one match by the RFL’s match review panel.
Castleford forward Jesse Sene-Lefao has been given a one-match penalty notice for a Grade B dangerous contact in their win over Leigh. He will miss Thursday’s trip to Wigan.
Salford hooker Andy Ackers has received a one-match penalty notice for a Grade B intentional trip in their defeat to Catalans in Perpignan. He will miss their match against Leigh on Friday.
Hull prop Jack Brown has been given a one-match ban for Grade B other contrary behaviour in their draw against Warrington. The youngster will miss Friday’s clash against Wakefield.
Hull KR half-back Mikey Lewis will serve a one-match suspension for a Grade B strike in their win over Huddersfield. He will be unavailable for Friday’s home match against Leeds.
Elsewhere, Leigh prop Nathaniel Peteru was charged with Grade A dangerous contact but won’t face a ban and Wigan half-back Jackson Hastings was cautioned for dangerous contact.
