USA Hawks name squad for RLWC 2017 qualifiers
USA Hawks coach Brian McDermott will have a squad consisting mainly of domestic, American-based players for the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against Canada and Jamaica.
One name which will be familiar to UK-based rugby league fans is Mark Offerdahl of London Broncos.
He joins four others from the USA‘s successful 2013 World Cup campaign, when they reached the quarter finals.
“There’s been a very thorough selection process and I can’t wait to get started with the staff and players,” said McDermott.
