Rugby League great Andrew Johns is joining the coaching staff of Tonga for the upcoming Samoan Test.
Johns has offered his serves to help mentor Tonga‘s young halves.
The former NRL star spent several years working with Keiran Foran and Daly Cherry-Evans as part of the Manly Sea Eagles coaching staff.
The Tongans face Samoa in a Test on May 7 at Pirtek Stadium.
It is a six-strong shortlist involving four nations.
