Brough cops two game ban
Huddersfield halfback Danny Brough has been banned for two games after pleading guilty to striking.
Brough elbowed Logan Tomkins in the face in the Giants’ defeat to Salford.
Brough pleaded guilty to the Grade C charge and has been suspended for two weeks and fined £300.
Salford owner Marwan Koukash was not happy with the punishment:
@TheRFL you should explain your decision. For everyone watching, it was deliberate elbow to Logan’s head .

Leigh’s Greg Worthington pleaded guilty to Grade C punching and was given a two match ban and a £100 fine.
London’s Jamie Soward took the early guilty plea and escaped without punishment.
Gloucestershire’s Lamont Bryan was suspended for one match.
