Leeds suffer Jack Broadbent injury blow
Leeds could be without Jack Broadbent for up to 12 weeks, coach Richard Agar has confirmed.
The 19-year-old has suffered a serious ankle injury and could be out for up to three months. Broadbent will see a specialist today to confirm the extent of the injury.
Broadbent has scored eight tries in 11 games for the Rhinos this season after making his first team debut in 2020.

Meanwhile, Leeds prop Mikolaj Oledzki says he does not want a break as he prepares to play his fifth game in 15 days when the resurgent Rhinos take on Super League leaders Catalans Dragons at Headingley on Friday.
The Gdansk-born forward made his England debut against the Combined Nations All Stars just under a fortnight ago and since then has helped the Rhinos to consecutive victories over Salford, Leigh and Warrington, all in the space of 11 days.
There is little chance for the 22-year-old to rest due to the relentless nature of the fixture list but Oledzki is determined to keep playing.
He said: “I try not to think about it, it’s one of those things you just have to get on with.
“I don’t want a break, I’ll play as many games as I have to. Whatever it takes, it doesn’t bother me.
“We all want to climb up the ladder and start competing for the top-four spots.”
Leeds endured a congested fixture list in 2020 after reaching and winning the Challenge Cup final and, although they managed to make the play-offs, they ran out of steam against Friday’s opponents, a point not lost on Oledzki.
He said: “We didn’t finish last year how we wanted to. We thought we were capable of more and it kind of left a bitter feeling.
“We were a bit angry with ourselves that we didn’t go as far as we should have done. We’re trying to use that in a positive way and trying to go that one step further.”
While Leeds are aiming for a fifth-successive win, the Dragons will be aiming to make it eight league victories in a row before the two teams meet again in a re-arranged game in Perpignan next Friday.
