After an impressive try-scoring performance the opening round of the NRL season, Young retained his place in Adam O’Brien’s side.
And the ex-Huddersfield man didn’t disappoint. He got on the scoresheet alongside Jake Clifford, Tyson Frizell, Dane Gagai and Wales World Cup hopeful Bradman Best.
Young lined up against a Wests Tigers outfit featuring Great Britain internationals Jackson Hastings and Oliver Gildart.
In eight games for the Knights, Young has scored six tries so far.

Young was born and raised in England and is of Jamaican heritage.
The 6ft 7in outside-back is eligible to represent either England or Jamaica at this year’s World Cup.
Young made his Super League debut for Huddersfield at the age of 17. He played two first team games before making the move to the NRL with Newcastle Knights on a three-year deal.
Jamaica want him to represent the Reggae Warriors at the World Cup alongside his brother Alex, who plays for Championship club Workington.
Speaking to Love Rugby League in February 2021, Jamaica coach Jermaine Coleman said: “Dom is all signed up and registered with us.
“Fingers crossed he goes out there and has a fantastic season for himself but it is similar to what (Wales coach) John Kear about Bradman Best at Newcastle… I hope he does have a good season but just not good enough for England to get him on their radar!
“Fingers crossed he’ll be with us. We had a group call two weeks ago and he joined us on the call so he’s keen to be involved with us.
“There was quite a lot of work that went into Dom. Alex (Simmons) met his mum, Jason (Robinson) met his mum, I spoke with his mum. There was quite a lot of work that went in there to get him on board.
“His brother Alex who is at Workington has come on board as well so we are hoping that both of them can have an impact in the team.
“Fingers crossed, Dom might be playing in the centres or on the wing for Jamaica in the World Cup this year.”
