Bates joins Rochdale
Adam Bates has been installed as the new CEO of the Rochdale Hornets.
Bates was the founder and co-chairman of North Nottinghamshire-based club Sherwood Wolf Hunt.
He will replace Ryan Bradley, who departed as Hornets CEO in September.
Bradley joined Premier League club Burnley after three years with Rochdale.
