Trio receive suspensions following Round 21 of Super League
Wigan’s Kaide Ellis, St Helens’ James Bell and Hull’s Brad Fash have received one-match suspensions following Round 21 of Super League action.
Australian prop Ellis, who has recently signed a new deal with the Warriors, has been given a one-match ban for a Grade B dangerous contact in their 64-6 defeat on Friday night.
As a result, Ellis won’t be able to play in Wigan’s next home match against Hull on Friday, August 18.
St Helens back-rower Bell has been handed a one-match ban also for Grade B dangerous contact, and will miss Sunday’s home game against Huddersfield Giants.
Meanwhile, Hull forward Brad Fash has been given a one-match suspension for Grade B other contrary behaviour. He’ll miss the Wigan match in a fortnight.

- Matt Davis – Leigh Leopards – High Tackle – B – £250 Fine
- James Bell – St Helens – Dangerous Contact – B- 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Daryl Clark – Warrington Wolves – Tripping – B – £250 Fine
- Kaide Ellis – Wigan Warriors – Dangerous Contact – B – 1 Match Penalty Notice
