London Broncos’ boss Andrew Henderson could not hide his delight after his team recorded an impressive 42-16 victory over Featherstone at the Summer Bash on Saturday.

The result extended the Broncos’ winning run to six games and moved them up to second in the Championship.

Henderson told the club’s official website: “Today’s performance was excellent. Defensively, we were very good for large periods of that game. We asked big questions of that Featherstone defence.

“Everybody is doing their role really well – the middle are laying a great platform, our backs are having really positive involvement, and our halves are doing a great job in controlling the game.

“We’re in a good place at the moment. We’ve got the drive and the determination to achieve what we set out to achieve.

“I think it’s clear to see that the London Broncos are back where they need to be.”
