Ranked: How many times each Super League team has been nilled in 2024 after THREE shutouts in Round 26
Whenever you see your team nilled in a game, it’s never a pleasant experience. But across the opening 26 rounds of this year’s Super League campaign, how often has each side had to taste that feeling?
With just one week of the regular season remaining, 156 Super League games have been played out so far this term.
Of the 156 matches played in the top flight so far this term, just 15 have seen a team nilled, but seven different clubs have been kept scoreless.
We know what you’re thinking, it’ll just be the bottom seven on the actual Super League ladder.
Spoiler alert: It isn’t!

‘Nils’ inflicted
To state the obvious, for a side to be nilled in a game, another team has to be the ones to keep them at bay.
So, to wrap things up, we thought it only fair to throw some praise the way of the six Super League teams who have nilled at least one opponent so far in 2024.
Catalans, Hull KR and Wigan lead the way having each nilled opponents three times in the league to date this year.
St Helens and Warrington both have two ‘clean sheets’ to their name, while Castleford and Leigh have both kept an opponent scoreless on one occasion in Super League this term.
Accordingly, the five top flight teams yet to keep an opponent scoreless are: Huddersfield, Hull FC, Leeds, London and Salford.
The fixtures in Round 27 are listed below:
- Wigan v Salford
- Huddersfield v Castleford
- Hull KR v Leeds
- Leigh v St Helens
- Warrington v London
- Hull FC v Catalans
