Danny McGuire sidelined with blood clot
Hull KR have revealed that Danny McGuire will be sidelined for up to eight weeks with a blood clot.
McGuire, 35, joined Rovers from Leeds for the 2018 season and has scored two tries in 10 appearances.
Originally it was feared he would miss three months of action, but specialists have now predicted eight weeks.
McGuire played a big part of Leeds’ Super League Grand Final victory in 2017 before joining Tim Sheens’ side, winning the Harry Sunderland Trophy.
