1895 Cup final to be shown live on BBC
Castleford meet St Helens in the Challenge Cup final on Saturday week
The 1895 Cup final between Featherstone and York will be shown live on the BBC.
The final, which will kick-off the action at Wembley on Challenge Cup final day on July 17, will be shown live by the BBC on the red button and iPlayer.
The BBC’s coverage will begin at midday and will then transfer to BBC One at 2pm for their coverage of the Challenge Cup final between Castleford and St Helens.
RFL chief commercial officer Mark Foster said: “The BBC are an integral part of Rugby League’s Wembley weekend, and we are delighted that they will again be covering the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final.”
