National Conference League champions West Hull face a tough trip to Wigan St Patricks in a meeting of two of amateur rugby league’s most renowned clubs.
Skirlaugh, who stunned Hunslet Club Parkside in the first round, have been drawn away at the British Army – the only one of the three Forces teams to make it to the second round.
Sherwood Wolf Hunt welcome Bradford’s West Bowling to North Nottinghamshire, with the Great Britain Police hosting successful community club Rochdale Mayfield.
There is a West Yorkshire derby between Thornhill Trojans and Normanton Knights, while the two Cumbrian first round winners must both travel – Distington to Underbank Rangers and Barrow Island to York Acorn.
Ties will be played on the weekend of January 25-26, with two selected for live streaming – one by the BBC, and one by the RFL’s Our League app.
The 11 winners will join the 11 teams from League 1 in the third round draw on January 27.
