All Onside with Wayne Godwin and Ian Kirke: HIIT workout

Wayne Godwin and Ian Kirke take us through a high intensity interval training session that is guaranteed to get the blood flowing.

Each workout is around 30 minutes long and it is fun, informal, low intensity and requires no professional equipment and just a small space.

The workouts are streamed on RL Cares’ Facebook page every evening (Mon-Sat) at 7:30pm.
