Carvell makes last-minute return to Hull
Garreth Carvell has moved from Bradford to Hull FC, just days before the two sides begin their 2014 Super League campaigns.
Carvell, 32, joined the Bulls from Warrington at the end of 2013, but will leave Odsal without playing in a competitive fixture.
Bradford head coach Francis Cummins had this to say to BBC Radio Leeds:
“It’s disappointing, but if a player doesn’t want to be here you have to move on.”
Carvell played over 160 times for the Airlie Birds before joining the Wolves in 2008, and he has been drafted straight into their 19-man squad for Friday’s game with Catalan.
