Castleford make seven changes; Liam Farrell could return for Wigan

Castleford have been forced to ring the changes ahead of Friday and Liam Farrell could return for Wigan.

Shaun Wane has made three changes to his Wigan Warriors side that beat Hull FC last week. Sean O’Loughlin, George Williams and John Bateman are on international duty with England. The trio are replaced by Liam Farrell, Liam Paisley and Josh Woods.

Paisley, who has spent time on loan at Swinton Lions this season, could make his first team debut for Wigan if selected.

Castleford Tigers coach Daryl Powell has made seven changes to his team that drew against Hull Kingston Rovers last time out.

James Clare, Jamie Ellis, Paul McShane, Will Maher, Tuoyo Egodo, Gadwin Springer and James Green replace Alex Foster, Oliver Holmes, Mike McMeeken, Adam Milner, Greg Minikin, Jesse Sene-Lefao and Calum Turner.

The rearranged Super League clash takes place at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Friday, 7:45pm kick-off.
