Catalan Dragons 2013 squad numbers

Catalan coach Laurent Frayssinous has revealed his squad numbers for next season, and says he’d like to have included more homegrown talent.

The list includes eight different players from 2012 with three new signings in Brent Webb, Zeb Taia and Olivier Elima joined by five young French players – Damien Cardace, Antoni Maria, Kevin Larroyer, Mathias Pala and William Barthau.

Frayssinous said: “It’s just numbers… If I could, I would have include six or seven other players from our reserve team. 

“We have a lot of talented young French players who would have deserved to be in the squad and I know I can rely on them. They add some depth in the squad and create a positive competition.”
