CC Preview: Hunslet v Warrington Wizards

Hunslet Hawks will be at full strength when they face last season’s Co-operative Rugby League Conference National champions Warrington Wizards.

Hunslet have already secured a place in the latter stages of the Northern Rail Cup and head coach Paul March is determined to ensure his side progress to the next round of the Challenge Cup as well.

“The Challenge Cup is one of greatest competitions in the world,” said March. “We want to go out there and win every game we play in and we’re determined to put in a good performance this weekend and get through to the next round.

“We’re pretty much at full strength and we’re going to need to be at full strength this weekend. We’re not taking this game lightly, they are the best team in their division and from what I’ve seen of them, they’re a well drilled team.

“This weekend’s all about us and if we can put in the performance I’m confident we’ll get the result but we can’t start looking too far ahead because that sort of attitude leads to mistakes”
