Bradford beat London Broncos 34-8, while Whitehaven put 60 points on Doncaster to secure their place.
Workington Town defeated Dewsbury Rams 26-12.
National Conference League side Hunslet Club Parkside ran Championship side Sheffield close. It was just 22-20 to the Eagles with minutes remaining before they ran in three more tries for a 40-20 score.

Challenge Cup fifth round draw
Premier Sports will host the fifth round draw of the Challenge Cup following Leigh’s home game with Widnes on Monday, February 28.
The draw will be shown live following Monday night’s coverage.
It will be conducted by Emma Louise Jones, Kyle Amor and Kevin Brown. The trio will be part of Premier Sports’ coverage at the Leigh Sports Village.
The fifth round will be made up of five ties, with Super League clubs joining in round six. 11 Super League clubs will enter the competition at the sixth round stage, with Toulouse choosing not to participate.
The winners of the five fifth round ties will enter the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup. Three of them will be a single win from the final at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday May 28, with the other two to face a play-off to earn their place in the semi finals.
