Challenge Cup second round draw next week

Warrington Wolves’ Sitaleki Akauola and Gary Chambers will be on hand next Wednesday to make the draw for the second round of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.

The draw will be streamed LIVE on the BBC Sport website.

Tonga international and new recruit Akauola will be joined by Chambers, who was at Warrington for 13 years and is now coach of the Wolves’ Under-16s scholarship team.

Chambers recently featured on Channel 4’s Educating Great Manchester, a programme focused on Harrop Fold high school where he teaches.

The first round of the Challenge Cup will be played this Saturday and Sunday and 24 winning teams from this weekend will go into the second round, with fixtures scheduled for February 10-11.
