Champ & L1 round-up: Barber signs new Halifax deal, Tyson-Wilson returns & Berry makes step up

Championship
Halifax have announced the re-signing of Ed Barber for the 2021 Championship season. The 30-year-old joined his hometown club during the 2015 season, and has made 104 career appearances so far.
Cameron Berry, 19, will make the step up from reserves to first team for Bradford in 2021. The young hooker made his debut in 2019 in the 1895 Cup against Barrow, and featured in January’s pre-season friendlies against Hunslet and York.
Harry Tyson-Wilson returns to the professional game after a short break to sign with Sheffield on a one-year deal. He came through the ranks at Hull FC, and also enjoyed spells at Doncaster and York.
League 1
West Wales Raiders have signed Wales students international Charley Bodman for the 2021 League 1 season.

Doncaster have re-signed hooker Harry Carter for the 2021 season. The 26-year-old joined the club ahead of the 2020 season and made four appearances prior to the season being cut short.
