Champ & L1: Taulapapa joins Doncaster, Yates returns to Rochdale & West Wales bolster squad

League 1
Doncaster has signed former Samoa international Misi Taulapapa on a one-year contract. The 38-year-old has made almost 300 career appearances for New Zealand Warriors, Cronulla Sharks, Sheffield, Featherstone and Newcastle Thunder.
Taulapapa said: “The pandemic gave me a lot of time to think and reflect on how much I’ve missed playing so when the opportunity came to join the Dons I jumped at it.”

Rochdale have re-signed half-back Danny Yates for the 2021 season. Yates returns to the Hornets after spending the past two seasons with Batley in the Championship.
Yates said: “Last time I was at the club we gained promotion, and I hope to help them do the same again.”
West Wales Raiders have announced the re-signings of Ryan Shallish and Dan Maiden. Shallish has represented Wales at international level while Maiden is a Commonwealth Games medalist.
