Championship and League 1 2023 fixtures revealed
The fixtures for the Championship and League 1 2023 seasons have been revealed.
Toulouse’s return to the second division sees them travel to Barrow in their first game on February 4.
Elsewhere in the openining round, Keighley’s first game back in the Championship against Featherstone will be broadcast live on Viaplay Sports, the rebrand of Premier Sports in 2023.
London face Batley, Halifax host Sheffield, Bradford play Whitehaven and York will play Widnes in the opening round. Meanwhile, Allan Coleman’s Swinton will host Newcastle Thunder.
League 1 kicks off two weeks later than the Championship, with Dewsbury and Workington both handed away games following their relegation from the Championship.
Dewsbury travel to North Wales Crusaders, who have confirmed Carl Forster as their player-coach for 2023. Workington will make the long trip to London to face the Skolars at the New River Stadium.
Elsewhere, Midlands Hurricanes host Cornwall. West Wales Raiders play Oldham and Doncaster meet Hunslet

Televised Championship 2023 fixtures
Viaplay Sports has confirmed its early coverage of the new Championship season.
Details of 12 televised fixtures has been confirmed, with each of the Championship’s 14 clubs already guaranteed to be shown at least once.
Full details of the Summer Bash will be announced next Tuesday – November 15.
