Championship Shield opening games

The opening round of fixtures in the Championship Shield have finally been announced.

An unspecified problem has caused delays with their announcement, with the full schedule set to be revealed today (Monday).

This weekend’s games are:

Batley v Swinton

Bradford v Toulouse

Dewsbury v Rochdale

Sheffield v Oldham

All games are Sunday 3pm.

Toulouse are eight points clear of Batley in the table, while at the bottom, Swinton are a point ahead of Oldham in the fight to avoid the relegation places.
