Clarke the latest to re-sign

Prop Chris Clarke is the latest member of the Oxford squad to re-sign ahead of the 2014 season.

Clarke, 24, can also play in the second row and loose forward positions, and he made 10 appearances for the club last season.

On his re-signing Clarke had this to say: “We have got a good team this year, we will do well and I am expecting us to do much better than last season, I’m excited to be here again and can’t wait to get started.”

Oldham-born Clarke made his professional debut for the Roughyeds against Leigh in 2009, and he has also captained Lancashire in the past.
