Dolphins sign Queensland representative forward on two-year deal
Dolphins have signed Queensland representative prop forward Jarrod Wallace on a two-year deal from the 2023 season.
He will add over 200 games of experience to Wayne Bennett’s side, joining from the Gold Coast Titans.
Wallace, 30, began his career at Brisbane Broncos, making his debut in 2012 in a 40-22 victory against the Sydney Roosters. He would go on to make the switch to the Titans ahead of the 2017 season, and is currently in his sixth season with the club.
The Australian has represented Queensland on six occasions between 2017 and 2019. He crossed a try for the Maroons in 2017 to help secure their 11th win in the last 12 series.

Wallace’s signing comes after the Dolphins also added Canterbury Bulldogs hooker Jeremy Marshall-King on a two-year deal from 2023.
Bennett continues to add experience to his squad, having already signed Jesse and Kenny Bromwich from Melbourne Storm. JJ Collins, Felise Kaufusi, Mark Nicholls, Tom Gilbert and Ray Stone making up the rest of the club’s pack so far for their inaugural season in the NRL.
Scotland international Euan Aitken has also joined on a two-year deal for their first ever season in the NRL. He will make the move from New Zealand Warriors.
One-time Queensland representative Edrick Lee will also join the club on a two-year deal from 2023. The 29-year-old is comfortable playing centre or wing. He has made more than 100 appearances in the NRL for Canberra Raiders, Cronulla Sharks and Newcastle Knights.
Tonga international Robert Jennings will link up from Penrith Panthers, having also featured for South Sydney Rabbitohs and Wests Tigers.
New Zealand-born Connelly Lemuelu, Samoa international Jamayne Isaako and Valynce Te Whare have also signed with the club.
