Dwyer seeking greater consistency at Broncos

London Broncos hooker Brad Dwyer is striving to make himself a more consistent player this season.

He would also like to see more collective consistency from the London squad as a whole.

“I’m definitely looking for some consistency in my own performance,” the hooker,  who is on a season-long loan from Warrington, told the Broncos’ official website.

“We’ve been pretty on-off and having good 20 minute spells, especially at the weekend it was pleasing finished the game well in the last 20 minutes.

“We need to get a consistent 80 minutes together and take it week-to-week. Our away form especially needs to improve and get more consistent.”

Dwyer is enjoying the chance to be in the Broncos’ starting line-up, rather than coming off the bench.

“Since I’ve been full-time I’ve come off the bench as an impact player,” he added.

“But down here I’ve began to start games and it’s definitely something I’m looking at doing to get more minutes, keep my work rate up and make an impact in the game, and that’s what I’ve been doing is getting 60-65 minutes in the last couple of weeks.”
