England academy man lands new Salford deal

England Academy international Jonathan Ford has signed a three-year contract with Salford.

Ford will tour Australia with the England Academy squad later this week, and is Salford’s only representative on the tour.

Salford’s head of youth development Alan Hunte said: “This is great news for our Youth Department. Jon has been with us for four years since Under 15 level and we always thought he had the potential to be a Super League player and this helps him get one step nearer to that.”
