Ex-rugby league star Luke Menzies makes WWE debut
Former rugby league player Luke Menzies lost on his WWE debut last Wednesday.
Menzies came up against Keith Lee but didn’t manage to come up with the win last Wednesday.
The 30-year-old made his wrestling debut on the independent UK scene before attending trials for WWE, where he got through.
Menzies spent time at Batley Bulldogs, Hull Kingston Rovers, Oldham, Dewsbury Rams, Hunslet, Swinton Lions, Salford Red Devils and Toronto Wolfpack during his professional rugby league career. He hung up his boots in 2017 to take up wrestling.
