France name strong squad for European Championship

France have confirmed the identities of the 23 players who will make up their squad going into this autumn’s European Championship and Test match with England.

The French kick off their international campaign with a the game against Ireland on October 17 at Albi.

They then play a one-off Test against England at Leigh a week later, before resuming their European Championship campaign against Wales in Cardiff on October 30.

They conclude the international season with the final European Championship game against Scotland at Avignon on November 7.
