French pair set for Super League bows
Injury-hit Catalan are set to hand Super League debuts to former Toulouse players Kevin Larroyer and Antoni Maria.
Maria, 25, was a regular performer for Toulouse during their three-year stint in the Championship, while Larroyer made his debut for France in the recent international against Wales.
Catalan’s injury woes were added to by the news that Jean-Philippe Baile will miss the rest of the season with an arm injury, and he joins a long list of players unavailable to Trent Robinson.
Clint Greenshields, Steve Menzies, Julian Bousquet, Setaimata Sa, Louis Anderson, Frédéric Vaccari, Thomas Bosc, Mickael Simon and William Barthau are all on the sidelines, and they miss the trip to Huddersfield on Sunday.
However, there is some positive news for Robinson, who welcomes back Jamal Fakir and Ian Henderson in to the squad.
