Gonzalez-Trique to leave Toulouse

Toulouse Olympique have confirmed that half back Arthur Gonzalez-Trique will leave the club at the end of the season.

The 22-year-old, who moved to Toulouse from Paris with his family as a 10-year-old, has played his entire junior and senior career at Olympique.

Bad knee injuries have hampered his progress over the last couple of seasons, and the player is keen to experience a new playing environment in order to develop his career.

“The directors and everyone at the club in the ‘Pink City’ thank Arthur for everything he has done for Olympique, on and off the field,” a club statement reads.

“And we have not given up hope of seeing him in the TO jersey again.”
