Premier Sports Championship Player of the Week – Miles Greenwood (Batley Bulldogs)
Full-back Miles Greenwood, like his Batley Bulldogs team, is returning to form at the right time of the season.
Greenwood had a blistering start to the campaign until injury sidelined him for several weeks, but coach John Kear confirmed he is getting back to his best, with a sparkling display in the 24-18 win over Leigh on Thursday night.
Kear said: “If you had a checklist of everything a fullback should do, Miles did it against Leigh.
“He was sound and safe when dealing with kicks, returned the ball really well, and scored a well taken try. He’s playing very well at the moment.”
