Key half-back returns to Leeds’ squad to face Catalans
Leeds Rhinos welcome back half-back Aidan Sezer to their squad to face Catalans this weekend in Super League.
Sezer, 31, has been limited to just nine appearances in 2022 for the Rhinos due to injuries. He has included in the 21-man squad named by head coach Rohan Smith.
The half-back returns from a hand injury. However, team-mate Blake Austin continues to miss out through a leg injury.
Matt Prior also returns to the squad following the completion of his two-match suspension. Despite leaving the field during last week’s win over Wigan through injury, David Fusitu’a has been named.
Yusuf Aydin, who made his Leeds debut against the Warriors, has now returned to Wakefield after his loan signing came to an end.
The Rhinos are still without Zane Tetevano and Tom Holroyd through suspension. Captain Kruise Leeming also remains sidelined through a foot injury.
Corey Johnson and Liam Tindall have joined Bradford Bulls on loan but can be recalled as emergency cover.
